Father Rapes his 10-year-old 4 Times

Preah Sihanouk Province: Sakmuthream soldiers worked with Ream commune police on Sunday morning detained a 38-year-old man, who was suspected of raping his 10-year-old daughter on Saturday night last week (September 26) in Prey Nub district, police official said. Mrs. Chang Teth, the mother of raped girl said that on the 26th she and her husband had an argument. She took her daughters to sleep at a neighbor’s home and she came back to sleep at her house. The victim girl told police that that night after had the row, her father went to the home she stayed at to drink wine with the home owner and then he raped her. She added that this was the fourth times in September that her father raped her. In front of police, the father confessed that he raped his daughter when he was drunk.
