Father Rapes his Step young Daughter, Miscarrying

KraTie Province: A 13-year-old Kratie province girl was raped by her step father, known as Thou Dout, for many times until she is pregnant. At the police station the pregnant victim under age girl said that her 40-year-old step father, who is a soldier, raped her six times, four times at her home and two times in the father’s station in Ou Kriel commune, Sombou district. She recounted that he raped her at the first in August 2008 and then threatened to kill her if she told some one. After her mother had died, she lived with her step dad, who escaped after knowing that she sued him for rape. The local police are searching for the rapist and the victim girl was sent to the provincial hospital for treatment because she miscarried.
