Filipino woman jailed 15 years for drug trafficking

Phnom Penh: The Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Thursday sentenced a 42-year-old Filipino woman 15 years in prison and fined 30 million riel (approximately 7500USD) for trafficking illegal drug internationally, the presiding judge Sin Visal read the verdict.

The Phnom Penh International Airport police arrested Ms. Cadalso Vilma Cristales on May 2011 after 72 grams of cocaine was found with her.
