Fire Injures 13 Villagers in Gasoline Leaking

Kandal Province: At least 13 Kandal province villagers got injure in a fire when they were trying to get gasoline, which Tela Company’ gasometer had broken on the national route number three at 9 p.m. on Monday in Chok district’s Sat Porng commune. After knowing the gasoline poured from a gasometer, the locals went to the scene to get the leaking gasoline home. In the darkness, one of whom started his lighter, causing a fire that burned 13 people. The driver said that the transported the gasoline from Phnom Penh to Kampot province. The gasometer contained 8 000 liter of gasoline. The burned victims were sent to Takeo referral hospital and other hospital in Phnom Penh City.
