Five Adults Detained for Provoking turmoil

Phnom Penh: At least five teenagers were detained on Tuesday night in Chaychomnas commune, Phnom Penh City’s Donpenh district for provoking turmoil during Water Festival, penalty police officer. After they had drunk bottle wine at one of their friends’ house at Steung Meanchay commune, Meanchay district, Phnom Penh, they joint Water Festival, shouting loudly along the streets. Then deployed police detained them sending to police office to get educated.
