Five Kidnapers Caught, Hostage fled

January 13, 07: Five kidnapers-two females were surrounded and caught at noon in Steong Market , Punhea Kreng district, Kampong Cham province after this group detained a victim Nheng Ly, 46, and demanded for US3,500$. Those group members are Cambodian Islamic. On January 11 after they detained the victim, they called to the man’s relatives in law to take money for them.
