Foreign Restaurant Serves Sexually and Drug at the Cambodia’s Shore

Many foreign restaurants were increasing especially at Lek II village at Methapheap commune. Those restaurants had secret thighs. Actually, it had prostitution and drug service in its. And in these cases, it seemed no one concerned of it even authority, according to the people live there said.
Relevant in the secret restaurants, Mr. Houch Lay Lek II village police told that he was investigating on these cases. But it was not so easy to do because the those restaurants where the owner were also the foreigner and it involved with lots of authorities every levels. He added that only village police did not have enough power to face with those foreign restaurants.
Houch Lay said that now many people in Sihanouk are complaining in these cases. And the people thought all those restaurants destroyed society because at there in the night, the foreigners played motor racing and drunk and had sex without felling shameful at all, according the eyes of the people.
