Former French Student Attacks a Foreigner

Battambong Province: A man, who was confirmed that he had a mental problem, attacked an English man with a cleaver on Monday, getting serious injure in the head in Battambong town. The English victim known as Luck Colling, 23, was chopped when he was buying goods and the attacker Khoem Chor Chantea, 28, living in Battambong district’s Svay Boa commune, used to study in France for three years. The suspect’s mother said that her son had a mental problem and was treated several times. Rancor was the motive of the attacking, because French men once badgered him badly when he was in French.
