Former Khmer Rouge Soldier Held

Phnom Penh: Former Khmer Rouge soldier, who accused of killing an English mine clearer and a Khmer translator in 1996, was held for illegal detention and murdering people. The man known as Put Lim was arrested by national military police on May 15, 2008 in Kampot province. After the arrest, the defendant was sent to Phnom Penh court to question.
