Fortune Teller Arrested for Cheating

KampongchKampongchhnang Province: Kampongchhnang province police working with Phnom Penh police on Friday arrested a fortune teller under charge of cheating around 30 000 US dollars in Meanchay district’s Prek Pra commune. The fortune teller known as Choem Mono persuaded his customers and borrowed money from them, police said. One of the complainant said that the fortune teller lured her to buy his gem, which he confirmed that it was a magic thing and she lent him further money.  Mono did not return the money; she sued police to arrest him.
