French and Singaporean ambassador: Phnom Penh is active in development

Phnom Penh: The new French and Singaporean ambassador met Kep Chuktima consecutively on 1st August. Kep Chuktima warmly welcomed the two ambassador who came to Cambodia during thier mission. The Singaporean ambassador said that Singapore will help to train the municipal officials whenever we need. Besides this, French ambassador noted that Phnom Penh is very active in development recently, especially urban infrastructure. He also promised to help Cambodia more to beautify the city.
