Gangsters burned a house for pleasure

Kampong Chhnag Province: A wood house was burned by a group of gangsters while the house’s owner went to watch TV at the near by house. According to the house’s owner, at 21 pm on 18 December, his family left and locked the house to see the film at another house. A while later, he saw the fame burning his house. “My house was definitely burned by someone since there was no fire at all when we left the house”, said the husband. Actually, around 9 gangsters were seen gathering in front of the house before it was burned, added the witness.
