Girl, 5, drowns in Kampong Chhnang

Kampong Chhnang: A 5-year-old girl drowned on Sunday afternoon at a pond in Rolei Bor Ie district’s Chrai Bak commune. Phi Soeun, 30, the mother of the drowned girl said that she left her daughter Roeurng Sreichan with her male employer at his rice mill because her female employer asked her to pick up rice in the village. She saw her daughter corpse floating in the pond when she was back. The male employer was busy with his work at the rice mill.
