Government Plans to Spend about $15 Million to Structure Capital Market

September 11, 2007: Mr. Kiet Chon, Minister of Economics and Finance Ministry, said at national assembly hall as he represented the government to defend publication and security law that the government plans to spend from $10 to $15 million dollar to structure capital market in Cambodia. The draft law on capital market process is to prepared for 2009 because we need time to train human resources.
Mr. Sam Rainsy, President of Sam Rainsy party, claimed that he supports this capital law. “The capital business will let people to earn millions of riel when we aware of capital of any companies well,” he added.
