Groundbreaking Ceremony Opens Railway Restoration

18 February, 08: Prime Minister Hun Sen opened groundbreaking ceremony to restore two railways in Teok Tla commune, Banteay Meanchey province. The two railways are 652km-long and will be built on US$73 million budget. The fund is contributed by ADB, OPEX Company, Malaysian government and Cambodian government itself.
