Head of Copper and Gold Buddha Statue in Neaka Von Pagoda Stolen

Phnom Penh: The head of a Buddha statue, which found in a pond a few years ago, was stolen at night of 5 December 2007 in Tuol Kok district. The ancient Buddha statue, made of copper and gold, is around one meter high. Tuol Kok police detained 5 people, who are painters (slept at the scene) and a key keeper, to question, but they said that they did not know.
