Head of Sangkat Tomnub Rolork Criticized by People

Sangkat Tomub Rolork’s head Lan Horn in Steng Hav district, Sihanouk vile was criticized by people that have fulfilled the coast with soil near his commune hall for personal own. People claimed that they elected Mr. Lan Horn as commune’s president because they believed that he would protect people’s interest and try to develop the commune. Steng Hav district’s deputy governor said that he was not aware of development plan of Lan Horn.
