Helmets for the International Traffic Accident’s Victims Commemorating Day

Battam Bong Province: On 17 November, there was a ceremony commemorating to traffic accident victims and Helmet providing in front of Neak Sontepheap Park, with the participation from Mr. But Kem Sean, deputy provicial governor, Red Cross Branch president based Battam Bong, professors, students and especially from the traffic accident victims. In 2007, about 1,693 victims was suffered from traffic accidents in Battam Bong province, among them 5 people was dead. It is decreased if compared to last year’s statistic.
