Heng Dary, a former Karaoke star, made 10 people seriously injured

Phnom Penh: The accident was occurred at around 8pm at Khan Mean Chey on 10 November 2007. Heng Dary, who drunk while driving his car CRV along the national road 1, had crashed the two motors that had the passengers there, causing 9 to 10 people injured seriously. Nothing mentioned about Heng Dary, but his car was kept in police department in Khan Mean Chey.
