Heng Pov’s Trial Relayed

Trial of Heng Pov, former police chief of Phnom Penh Municipal, planned to open on 28 January was relayed. Heng Pov was also charged with intentional murder on Kem Dara Vuth, head of electricity brand in Sangkat Chakang Re. Dara Vuth was shot by unidentified men when he was in car waiting for his child in front of Chatomuk School. Now he cannot move without wheelchair. Heng Pov claimed that he needs time to tell his account to his new lawyer.
