House construction stopped for not following the plan

Phnom Penh: Hundred of houses are being constructed in the former golf course near Tuol Kork antenna. The house construction does not follow the plan permitted by the municipal hall. The construction plan is to leave the space 20 meters for the path but now the company left only 10 meters. The municipal and district authority can only punish and stop their workers only.
