Human Right: Girl Rape Case not Decrease

Phnom Penh: The rape case on girls has not decreased in the early six months of 2008. There are 85 serious rapes on girl victims, Be Vannak, Licadho watch dog officer said on 3 July 2008. In the case, the victims are from the age of five to18. Lately, the victims are only two, but the rapists are until 20. The problem is more serious and the victims and the rapists are younger and younger in ages, he added.
