Hundreds of monkeys disappear from tourists' sight

Preak Sihanouk City: Only a short time, hundreds of monkeys secretly disappear from a forest of Independent Hotel, former Pram Pi Choun Hotel. The residents there said that only a few days that they have not go to feed those monkeys, a large number of them are vanished without any clear reason. “Many of them frequently come to steal my food, but now I can not see them except few of them come this time,” said Kieat Chan Thouch, high priest in a pagoda. Due to this problem, Mr. Hem Sa Reoun, Preak Sihanouk Environmental Department Director, said “No body catches them, but they move to another place that we can not know, as here there is not enough food for them.”
