Incomplete Rape, a Man Arrested

Phnom Penh: A brick-making male worker Tai Tha, 27, was arrested late at night on 30-April-07 after he was trying to rape a virgin garment worker in mosquito net while she was sleeping. Instantly she woke up and shouted for help.

The perpetrator stays at the brick-making cooker apartment in Svay Park village, Sang Khat Svay Park, Khan Rusei Keo.
