Instruct Friend to Drive, Hit One Dead, Three Injured

Kandal Province: A woman was dead and three people minor injured while Mr. Tat Mao instructing his friend Mr. Van Suy, 30, to drive HYANDY car and run over those people as they were riding on two bikes. The event occurred at 7:40 a.m. on 31-May-07 along a ground road in village number nine, Trery Slar communek and Sa Ang district.
The dead woman named Heng Pov, 45, lived in village number eight, Sa Ang district and other three injured people are: 1. Miss. Heng Sim, 20, 2. Heng Peng Long, 8, 3. Miss. Kon Chan Ty, 17.
