International foundation offers $10 million to the poors in 3 provinces

Phnom Penh: Ministry of Economy and Finance announced that international fund based in Rome, Italy provided non-return $9.2 million fund to Kratie, Preah Vihear, and Ratanakiri. It was signed by Keat Chhun, Minister of Economy and Finance and Lennat Bafe, director of International Foundation in Rome. This is the first non-return fund among the 5 funds provided to Cambodia. The fund was $11.52 million wihch $9.2 million comes from United Nation and the Cambodia government will share $0.70 million.
