Japanese CTI company prepare a plan for flood defend in PP

Phnom Penh: Municipal officer signed an agreement on defend technic in Phnom Penh. The study plan spent $110 thousands among $22,595,000 Japanese's non-return fund. Keb Chutema, Phnom Penh governor said this plan wll be started in 2007 and finished in 2010 for better pipes system in business, economy, and tourism zone and pump out the water in PP. He also added that the zones above have two important things are pumping out the water and defending flood.
