JICA studies the road plan in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: Sun Chanthul, Minister of Public Work and Transportation signed an agreement with Hozumi Katsuta from JICA on the plan to study road building in Phnom Penh.
At the signing ceremony on June 12, Sun Chanthul said that we study first then we will know where and how long to build. He added that we study the road building because of traffic congestion in the city which waste time, fuel and causing traffic accdient. Japanese experts will spend one year to study the plan.
