Kampong Speu man dies from Lightning

Kampong Speu Province: A 22-year-old student was killed by lightning strike on Saturday while he was walking back home in a rice in Kampong Speu’s province Chbar Mon district. In the incident day the dead man went to the field to read book because it had fresh air. He went with his dog. While he saw the sky was raining. Unfortunately, lightning struck him. Authority called for people to be indoor while raining to avoid from striking.
