Kampongchnang Police Arrest a Dog Catcher

Kampongchnang Province: Kampongchnang police arrested a dog catcher when he was catching a dog at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kampongchnang province police chief Som Sothy said that after receiving a phone call from the dog owner, he ordered his patrolmen to search for the catcher. Shortly after that his patrolmen spotted him taking a dead dog to sell in Sre Pring village, Kampongchnang commune, where the catchers always sell the caught dogs. The dog catcher known as Thong Rotana was sent to police custody. The dog owner said that he did not receive the compensation because he loved his dog so much. What he wants is to put the catcher into the prison.
