Kandal Police Arrest Six Robbers

Kandal Province: Kandal provincial penalty police identified six robbers on Saturday. After searching for them many days, on Thursday and Friday provincial penalty police arrested a group of six people, who were suspected of committing robbery. Police confiscated a gun and motorbike from them, which they robbed from a body guard. Police said that the group robbed five times from Jan 16 to February 6, 2009. The first case, they robbed a military police known as Mom Kosal in Kampong Samnanh village, Takmao district. Police are also searching for other robbers, who belong to this group, penalty police chief Ket Vantha said.
