Kem Sokha’s party names “Human Right Party”

Phnom Penh: Mr. Kem Sokha, the former president of Human Right Organization, made a party on 11-April-07 afternoon at the organization’s office to tell all organization’s members about his leaving from this NGO.

Mr. Kem Sokha said that he sent party-making proposal to the Ministry of Interior on 10-April-07. He names his party as “Human Right Party”.
