Kem Sokha’s Younger Brother Defects to CPP

Phnom Penh: Kem Sokhun, Kem Sokha younger brother and the Human Rights Party deputy secretary general, defected from his older brother Kem Sokha to CPP, said HRP secretary general Yem Punharith, who added that he didn’t know the reason of the defection, which doesn’t have any effect on HRP and this was his decision making in the democratic society. There was no internal disagreement between the two brothers. Kem Sokhun, who was not reached for comment over his defection, used to do his politic in Funcinpec and Samrainsy Party.
