Khmer Beggars in Thailand

Siem police said on Saturday that 20 Cambodian beggars were gathered by Thai police in Pataya resort in Thailand. Those beggars, including women from the age of 30 to 40, and some kids from 3 to 5, were forced to ask for money by five Thai people. In Thai police station, those beggars confessed that five Thai people put them at the resort every morning and every three to five hours, they took money from them. About 400 to 500 bath they can beg every day. But their controller gave them about 50 to 100 bath to pay for food.
