Khmer Rouge Tribunal: Foreign Lawyers Pay to BAR when Registering

July 10, 2007: Khmer Rouge Tribunal issued an announcement that BAR Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia started to disclose list of Khmer and foreign judges that has been chosen by the excused to defend them in the court. The excused might defended by a Khmer attorney and a foreign lawyer. Both Khmer and foreign lawyers have to specialize in legislation and criminal law at international standard.
