Korean investors are leading in buying land in Cambodia

Phnom Penh: The real estate companies in Phnom Penh claim that more and more South Korean investors are coming to Cambodia and are seeking to buy the expesive plot of land in the city and at the outskirt. Cheng Kheng, director of CPL real estate said many South Korean enterpreneurs are coming to Cambodia since the official visit of South Korean President. He added that since the late 2006, many Korean investors bought the land for building houses and for sale. He also added that the former Chinese hospital was bought by Korean investor worth millions of dollars.
