Land Cruiser killed 5 cows

Moung Resey: A very fast Land Cruiser from Bonteay Mean Chey direction to Phnom Penh along national road 5 killed 5 crossing cows for failing to control the car. The incident happened on 28^th, June 2007 at 16:15 in Por 2 village, Kea commune, Moung Resey district, Batom Bong. Police said that this was the cow owners’ fault that let their cows across the street which could cause danger to others, however, they agreed to take their cows while the car owner only accountable for his car.
