Land dispute in Ken Svay causes from the same license

Ken Svay-Kondal: An 4,363 square meters’ land in Svay Taok village, Vel Sbov commune, Ken Svay district, Kondal was issued the same licenses to Iv Kimsour and Suy Sophan. Both of them nearly committed violence because they all had the right ownership. Kimsour assured that he had bought this land from 1 couple, Mul Soy and Som Lon since 2004 while Suy Sophan said that she had bought this land the same family since 1994. She added that this was because of chief of Khum issued the same landowner licenses.
