Land Mine Kills one, 3 injured

Battambang Province: At lease one man died, and the other three were seriously injured after their tractor ran over an anti-tank land mine, which remained from the war time in the past. The explosion occurred on 20 April 2008 in Rothanak Modol district’s Sdao commune. The dead man known as Horn Ravai died instantly at the scene. Police said that all worker victims are from Kampong Cham province. There are many anti-tank mines were buried there by Khmer Rouge soldiers in the war time, police added.
