Land titles given to people

Phnom Penh: Kep Chuktima, Phnom Penh govenor and Ouk Damry, 1st Deputy of Cambodia Red Cross (CRC) provided the land title to people living on pavement that are willing to leave to let the municipal widen the path to CRC office. Seng Ratanak, Tuol Kork district chief said that people had lived here since 1979. The new lands were given to people in exchange for their leaving.
