Lao Minister Urges Phnom Penh Cooperate with Vieng Chan

November 14, 07: delegates from Lao National Sport Committee leaded by Phouthong Seng A khom, minister of Lao Cabinet, met the governor of Phnom Penh Mr. Keb Chutema as they came to visit Cambodia.

Minister Phouthong Seng Akhom said that he supported the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Lao so he asked the Phnom Penh city to continue collaboration between the two countries. He added that Phnom Penh has been developing considerably in the last few years especially the road systems and city charming.
