Phnom Penh: Cambodia parliament has discussed and adopted the draft against human and sex trafficking on 18 December. According to Mr. Pen Pagna, fair committee president in assembly, during the last period, Cambodia has already adopted this law since 1996; however, it still lacks many parts which have little affection on the criminals. Now we have discussed and adopted the first chapter of this draft, and remains 8 chapters for going on with other next meeting, said Mr. Pen Pagna.
