Man apprehended for defrauding

Phnom Penh: Police arrested a 24-year-man on Tuesday last week for cheating Phnom Penh. Police said that the man disguised himself as a police officer in order to defraud people. The accused abused a motor cycle from a 41-year-old victim. Besides, he once cheated merchant of US$ 800 in Siem Reap town. Police found a toy gun and a pair of handcuff with the man, who sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court after he had confessed to the accusation.
