Man arrested after 2 times rape

Koh Kong: Pin Ya Yak Man, 23 fisherman in Smach Meanchey's Dong Tung commune was arrested on 2nd August 2007 of raping. The father's of the victim said on 5th August that the rape occured on 27 and 29 July 2007 when he and his wife were away from home. The rape was known when the rapist told his friends about the rape. The police is preparing the case to send the rapist to the court.
