Man Arrested in Robbery

Banteaymeanchey Province: A 20-year-old man, who was accused of robbery on May 11, 2009, was arrested on Friday by penalty province police on Wednesday last week (September 23). The accused known as Norng Channa lives in Brasat village, Ouchrov district’s Oubeichean commune, and the victim of the robbery is Cheng Rith, 36 and his wife Sang Thy, 32, were robbed of their money about 217 000 baths, said penalty police. This is one of the seven suspects of the robbery. Police are searching for the escapees.
