Man Arrested in Taking Naked Pictures

Phnom Penh: A 27-year-old man was arrested and detained on November 27, embroiling in a rape case. Khut Bun secretly took pictures of a 20-year-old co-worker when she was taking a bath and he threatened to spread the naked pictures if she denies his appointment. The victim agreed to meet the man in order to take back her photos at a quest house, where she was raped three times. In front of the Phnom Penh court, the man confessed to the accusation.
