Man chopped to dead on the sand

Phnom Penh: A man was chopped to dead at 10:10 in the evening of 27 July on a sand pile by unknown attackers. Police said that they did not know the reason of the killing and the attackers were unknown. The dead man was Phuong Ratanak, 25. The police now is investigating the case.
