Man Chops wife’s throat with ax, Leave 3 kids behind

Pursat Province: A 45-year-old man, whose neighbor confirmed that he had a mental problem, killed his 36-year-old wife on Tuesday last week when she was sleeping in her home in Thmey village, Talou commune, Bakan district, said police. The man Neang Pheang was always drunk and was jealous his wife known as Chan Thon with some people in the village, police added. Police said that the man chopped the deceased in her throat with an ax. Police sent the man to the provincial court on Wednesday.
