Man Detained for Fraud

Phnom Penh: The Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Monday decided to detain one of three men temporarily after he was found related to a fraud. According to the court, Keo Ny, 32, disguised himself as a monk and raised money from citizens in Mean Chey district in Phnom Penh, where he was arrested after police got a report from the local. The man, who was from Prey Veng province, confessed to the accusation. He was sent to Prey Sar province.
