Man Rapes a Widow after Watching TV

Kampongspur Province: A 44-year-old man was arrested after his victim filing a complaint against him for rape case, which happened on Monday around 8:30p.m. at the victim’s house in Ou Sombuo village, Krang Ompel commune, Kampongspur province’s Som Rongtong district. The suspect of rape case known as Chieb Khorn lives in the same village with the widow victim. The local police said that the suspect came to the victim’s house to take rice that the she owed him. Meanwhile, he sat watching TV and talked about the rice owing. Then he raped the victim. At the police station, the suspect said that he did not rape her. She agreed with him.
